Many people assume our museum’s exhibits and events are mostly funded by the government or grants. Others assume admission is what keeps us afloat (it covers just 6% of what it takes to keep the doors open!).The majority of our support comes from community members - people like you - who decide to be donors to help keep Long Island’s history alive ... and fun!
