Museum Passes for Libraries

A museum pass gives patrons of all ages year-round access to exploring Long Island's maritime heritage.

Cost:

​$250 | Entitles up to six patrons in one household to general admission.

• We offer both Print-on-Demand & Physical Passes (pass replacement is $50).
• Museum passes are not applicable for special events. 

Gallery Hours:

Fall, Winter, and Spring Hours

• Open Thurs-Sun | 11-4pm.
• Open select holiday Mondays and school break weeks: MLK Jr. Day, President's Day & Week Feb 19-23, 2024, April Break Apr 23-24, 2024, Juneteenth June 19, 2024. 

Summer Hours

• Open Tues-Sun 11-4pm last week of beginning Wednesday June 19-September 1, 2024

Closings*

• New Year's Day | Easter | Memorial Day | Independence Day | Labor Day | Columbus Day/Indigenous Peoples Day | Thanksgiving | Christmas Day
  
• The Museum will close from September 2-25, 2024 for Exhibit Installation of our new 2 year exhibition. 
  
• *During large-scale museum-wide special events, museum passes from libraries are not accepted. The museum is only open to event goers on:
  • Feb 4 - Narwhal Ball
  • Jun 1 - Whales & Ales
  • Jun 27 - Special event
    
  • Jul 21 - Sea Glass Festival 
  • Oct 20 - Monsters and Mermaids event​
